Taken over the project for three new substations - 225/33kV Substations for Skhira & Ben Guerdane, 150/33kV Substations at Noyel and three bay extensions at Bouchema, Mdhila and Tozeur under Société tunisienne de l'électricité et du gaz (Tunisian Company of Electricity & Gas).

Commissioned the project on 08 Dec 2020 and was responsible for Execution of Projects from Start to finish and P&L of the projects. Meeting target revenue as per the Annual Operating Plan. Ensuring Quality & Safety Standards implementation. Developing & Training the people. Ensuring positive cash flow throughout the projects tenure.

Responsible for Site Execution, Monitoring & Controlling with proper planning. Prepared manpower requirement histogram, making startegis to get room access in time. Directing the sub-contractors and own team for day to day activities. Updating Issue Log, Preparing Weekly & Monthly progres reoport.

Participated in preparing the Project charter, created work scope and identified the project stakeholders. Created work breakdown structure and project schedule. Finalised vendors and sub-contractors for executing the activities. Delegated the site works to the concerned Engineers and reviewed the progress on weekly basis and took corrective actions, in case of delays.

As Manager - Projects, I was responsible for several projects in Eastern Region of India. Finalised several work scope and created project charters for different projects. Made work breakdown structures and project schedules for different projects and got approved from Clients. Directed Engineers and Sub-Contractors and manage the resource allocation for the projects. Prepared Financial Reports and took corrective measures for reducing the variances. Successfully Handed over a few projects to client clearing final invoices as well.

As regional project coordinator managed the site related activities with the active supports from the site-in-charges and engineers, supervisors and sub-contractors and extended timely support with resources. As site in-charge managed all activities for execution of electric switchyard projects of assigned projects leading a team of supervisors, site safety officer & site commercial officer.
